- Shipping cost within Saudi Arabia:
- SMSA / Aramex: 25.3 (VAT included).
- RedBox: 17.25 (VAT included) — pickup and drop-off through RedBox lockers only (no home delivery).
- For address or phone number changes, the customer must contact the shipping company directly.
- A Saudi phone number is required for domestic shipments.

International Shipping:
- Shipping is handled via DHL – Aramex – SMSA.
- Delivery time:
- DHL: 4–8 business days.
- SMSA & Aramex: 7–18 business days.
- Customers must review the customs regulations and fees applicable in the destination country. These vary by country and are charged by the local customs authority, and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Products in the “Incense & Fragrance Supplies” category cannot be shipped internationally.
- International shipping rates depend on the shipment weight.
- Some countries may require official ID verification when sending or receiving shipments.
- Recipient details, address, and phone number must be accurate, with the correct country code included.
