First: General Provisions

All discounts, promotions, coupons, and cashback are applied in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
The store reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount, promotion, coupon code, or cashback program at any time without prior notice, provided that consumer rights are not harmed.
It is not permitted to combine more than one promotion, coupon code, or cashback program on the same order, unless explicitly stated by the store.
Discounts apply only during the announced promotional period. Once the period ends, they become invalid.

Validity: Each code has a specific validity period and may be valid for single or multiple uses, as announced.
Eligible Products: Codes do not apply to already discounted products or special promotions unless explicitly stated.
Minimum purchase: The code may require a minimum cart value (such as 199 including tax), excluding shipping and delivery fees.
Maximum Discount Limit: The store may set a maximum discount amount regardless of the order value.
Payment and Shipping Methods: Certain codes may be limited to specific payment methods or shipping providers.
Returns and Refunds: In case of product returns, the refunded amount will be the actual paid amount after applying the code.
Unauthorized Use: The store reserves the right to cancel any order in case of misuse of codes, fraudulent activity, or pricing errors.

Discounts apply only to non-discounted products unless otherwise announced.
Automatic discounts are based on the total order value before shipping and taxes.
If product returns cause the order value to fall below the required minimum, the discount value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Free shipping is subject to the announced offer terms, usually within Saudi Arabia only.

Cashback is granted as a percentage of the purchase value, according to the announced offer.
Cashback is usually provided as store credit and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
Cashback does not apply to already discounted products or when discount codes are used, unless otherwise specified.
In case of returns, the cashback earned will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cashback is valid for a specific period (90 days from the date of purchase).

Conditional discounts apply when the required minimum order value is met (e.g., 5% off for 200 – 10% off for 400 – 15% off for 600).
Discounts are calculated based on the total order value before shipping and taxes.
If returns cause the order value to drop below the required threshold, the additional discount will be voided, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
Tiered discounts do not apply to already discounted products unless explicitly stated.
