Terms and Conditions for Discounts, Promotions, Discount Codes, and Cashback Program

1. General Provisions

  1. All discounts, promotions, discount codes, and cashback programs are applied in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
  2. The store reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount, promotion, discount code, or cashback program at any time without prior notice, while ensuring that consumer rights are not harmed.
  3. Multiple offers, discount codes, or cashback programs cannot be combined on the same order unless explicitly stated by the store.
  4. Discounts are valid only during the announced promotional period and become invalid after the expiration date.

2. Discount Codes and Coupons

  1. Validity: Each code has a specific validity period and may be valid for one-time or multiple uses as stated in the offer.
  2. Eligible Products: Discount codes do not apply to already discounted items or special promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. Minimum Purchase Requirement: Some codes may require a minimum cart value (SAR 75 excluding VAT and excluding shipping and delivery fees).
  4. Maximum Discount Limit: The store may set a maximum discount amount regardless of the total order value.
  5. Some discount codes may be limited to specific payment methods or shipping carriers. Discount coupons are not valid when using PayPal as a payment method and cash on delivery .
  6. Returns and Refunds: In case of product returns, only the actual amount paid (after applying the discount code) will be refunded.
  7. Misuse: The store reserves the right to cancel any order in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or pricing errors.

3. General Offers and Discounts

  1. Discounts apply only to non-discounted products unless otherwise stated.
  2. Automatic discounts are calculated based on the total order value before shipping and taxes.
  3. If returned products reduce the total order value below the minimum required for the discount, the discount value will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Free shipping is subject to the terms of the announced offer and applies only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Cashback (Store Credit / Reward Balance)

  1. Cashback is granted as a fixed percentage of the purchase value, as stated in the offer.
  2. Cashback is issued as store credit and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. Cashback does not apply to discounted products or when using discount codes unless the offer specifies otherwise.
  4. In case of product returns, any earned cashback amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  5. Cashback is valid for a limited period of 60 days from the date of purchase.
  6. The minimum order value eligible for cashback is 100 (including the total order amount).
  7. Orders below 100 are not eligible for cashback and will not be counted automatically.

5. Conditional (Tiered) Discounts

  1. Tiered discounts apply when the specified minimum purchase threshold is met (e.g., 5% off for 200 – 10% off for 400 – 15% off for 600).
  2. The discount is calculated based on the total order value before shipping and taxes.
  3. If returns reduce the total order value below the qualifying amount, the additional discount will be canceled and the difference deducted from the refund.
  4. Tiered discounts do not apply to already discounted products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Final Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The store reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and the latest version published on the store’s website shall apply.
